Morning: Sunrise yoga. Afternoon: Kitesurfing session via water sports centre. Evening: Sunset meditation.

Notes: Introduction to kitesurfing and gentle paddle skills. Free afternoon for beach walk or journaling.

Morning: Sunrise surf session. Afternoon: Surf boat trip to nearby reef break. Evening: Evening reflection.

Our Maldives retreat combines wellness, ocean-based adventure, and relaxation in a tropical island setting. Please consider the following before enquiring:

 

  • Guests should be comfortable in the water and have a basic level of fitness.

  • Confident swimming ability is required for snorkelling, surfing, and ocean-based activities.

  • Comfortable with seaplane and speedboat transfers, which are weather-dependent.

  • Flexibility is required, as ocean conditions and weather may adjust the timing of activities such as surfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling, and boat excursions.

  • April falls in a transitional season, with warm temperatures, high humidity, and the chance of short tropical showers.

  • Daily activities include yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness workshops, surfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling, diving (optional), and marine excursions.

  • Early morning starts are common to take advantage of calmer conditions and cooler temperatures.

  • Accommodation is in a luxury island resort, focused on wellness, nature, and ocean experiences.

  • Some activities such as diving, spa treatments, and additional water sports may be at an additional cost.

  • Strong sun exposure is expected — guests should come prepared with appropriate sun protection.
